At Kebaonish Inc., we strive to provide you with the highest quality coffee and tea products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy outlined below:

Refund Policy - the basics

  1. Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the shipment. We may request photo evidence of the damage or defect to assess the issue properly. Once verified, we will offer you a replacement of the damaged or defective item(s) or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

 

If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. To complete your return, please include the RA number on the package, and ship the item back to us at:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

  1. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item and need an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly.

  3. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
